These Shorty bows are approximately 4" wide with tails that are approximately 3 1/2" long.  They can also be made as Shorty 4x4 bows - approximately 4 1/4" wide with 4" tails, which is my preference for the smaller bow.

These bows are also available in the standard larger size. Width approximately 4 3/4" wide, with tails approximately 5 1/2" long. If you want the larger standard size, you may either use the separate listing for those bows or you may purchase these and in the instructions say that you want the bows made in the standard larger size. If I don't receive instructions, bows as pictured will be sent.

Bows are sold in matching pairs. There are two bows in a set. You will need 1 set of bows for 2 braids. Your choice:  either elastic loops or French barrettes clip the bows to the girl's hair.
