These horse show bows were especially designed for an older girl rider who rides a black and white pony -- a pinto pony. The bows were designed to accentuate the uniqueness of the pony's color. The classic styling conveys the seriousness of the rider. Short stirrup bows, hunter pony bows, classic bows for EQ -- These bows are spectacular against a black jacket or shad. The white design on the black ribbon is a top quality silk screen design so the white is more brilliant than seen in other ribbons.
The white ribbon on the bottom layer is a luxurious taffeta.
Personal note from Elaine: you and your daughter work hard to get to a horse show. What she's preparing to do -- ride a pony in a show ring while the whole world watches is extraordinarily difficult. No matter how many times she's done it, it never get's easy.
You can give her a competitive edge by selecting bows that showcase her personality or accentuate the pony's color or a particular attribute. When we showed, our pony, Bunny, had a spectacular full whjte tail so we always used white in our bows. At Pony Finals, this technique really paid off!
Bows are sold in matching pairs. Two bows to a set. You will need 1 set of bows for 2 braids. Your choice: either elastic loops or French barrettes clip the bows to each braid.

These bows can also be made in the slightly smaller size as Shorty 4x4 bows -- approximately 4" wide with tails approximately 4" long. If you want the smaller size, you can order these but you will need to put a note on your order stating your preference.
